Washington, D.C. – U. S. Rep. James A. Traficant, Jr. (D–OH) announced today that Youngstown State University has been awarded a $35,000 planning grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The grant will be used to design a planning process by which YSU will prepare a comprehensive development plan to be submitted to DOE next year.
