Washington, D.C. – U. S. Rep. James A. Traficant, Jr. (D–OH) today issued the following statement commenting on the indictment of Chuck O'Nesti:
"I am deeply disappointed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Chuck's family during this difficult time. While I understand that Chuck has the right to remain silent, I hope that he will cooperate fully with federal authorities."
